Delivery will follow only after a full payment in advance.
Or C.O.D., which means, cash on delivery.
This can be done the following ways:
- internet (bank) wire transfer payment in Euro (with no expense for both the customer and the favoured within the E.U.); when asked: share costs (SHA)
- bank wire (money) transfer payment by paper form (with almost no expense for the customer and no expense for the favoured within the E.U.)
- cash on delivery (with expenses for the customer)
If you would like to order, please follow the procedure below:
- send me an email stating:
- the product brand, type and model or cup (number):
e.g.: Bialetti moka express 2 cup, or: Bialetti musa satinata 6 cup
- I will confirm the product brand, type and model or cup (number) desired
- if I do not have the model in stock, I will inform you of the the expected time of delivery
- if you do agree, I would like to receive:
- your full name and address for delivery use
- if desired: the non-standard way of shipment
- I will send an email in return with the invoice
- you can order by paying: either the invoice, or later by cash on delivery
When paying, please state the following information:
- the invoice number
- the coffee pot model
In short, the customer needs to do the following two things to order:

Warranty and withdrawal:
The product can show minor beauty imperfections.
This is not covered by the Warranty.
Warranty does cover for example all kinds of production failures.
When a product shows failure, please inform me by email.
Before returning the goods, the shop will be informed by email of phone.
If you return the product, this has to be done with acknowledgement of receipt and packed in a proper manner in the original packing.
The customer always pays in advance the costs of returning the package.
If it is fair and square, I might refund the costs of shipping, if failures to the product really are found.
Shipping costs
The costs of shipping are to be added to the prices stated on the website.
They may be different per country.
The standard way of shipping is an insured parcel with a signature for receipt and (minimal) one attempt to deliver.
The less expensive products will be shipped standard with a limited insured value.
Other ways of shipment than stated here are in fact not possible.
The time needed to deliver stated here is exclusive the time: from factory to the shop.
The delivery service PostNL has a parcel collect from depot possibility for failed deliveries, DPD have a limited support for this.
It is advised to use shipping requiring a signature for receipt.

The prices in this web shop are inclusive of the Dutch VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.
All other costs for sales abroad, like taxes and duties, are exclusive.
VAT basically will not be settled within the EU.
Deliveries outside the EU are at request.
P.S.: An (automated) shopping basket construction and different ways of payment cost money.
Perhaps I will do this at a later moment.
I do use linux by the way and I try to keep costs low.
